margaretha jüngling is an artist-chef based in Zurich often situated in inter- and transdisciplinary projects. Her work adresses food material as a medium to explore connections, relationships, and entanglements of being-with-the-world, while challenging established norms. To share collectively her research and practice she creates site-responsive culinary experiences, in the form of speculative dinners, workshops, meal time stories, 'mouth-watering' performances, edible installations and giveaway bags.
